After the baby’s birth body becomes so weak. Stomach pain, joints pain, back pain with these you suffered a lot. At this time you need extra food that make your body strong.

Here I am going to share Special Laddoo Recipe for New Moms. Let’s start –

Ingredients –

Jaggery (Gudd), Dry Fruits (Cashew, Almonds, Pista), Makhane, Sonth (Dry gourd), Gond, Kishmish, Turmeric.

How to make

  1. Firstly chops all dry fruit (Cashew, Almonds, Pista).
  2. Then deep fry all dry fruits, Kishmish, Makhane, Gond (Edible Gum).
  3. Now, Take a pan and melt the jaggery. once it melted well, pour ghee into it and boil.
  4. Now add all dry fruits, Kishmish, Makhane, Gond (Edible Gum), sonth (dry gourd), Haldi (Turmeric). Mix it well and let them cool.
  5. Once it is cool then make laddoo of this Mixture.

Take these Laddoos early in the morning with milk. These Laddoos will help to recover your body Soon.
